1
Removing GUT Stressors
The foundation of health starts with a healthy gut. Many stressors, whether physical, chemical, or emotional, can damage your gut. In this step, we work to identify gut-related stressors through history and lab testing. We’ll create a personalized plan to eliminate these stressors and improve your gut health, which is key to your overall well-being.
2
Repairing GUT Damage
Stressors leave a mark on your gut. Once we’ve removed the stressors, we focus on repairing the damage caused. This involves repairing the gut lining, reducing inflammation, and replenishing essential nutrients. Through repeat testing, we’ll track your progress and ensure your gut is healing and functioning optimally.
3
Removing CELL and CELL MEMBRANE Stressors
Your cells and cell membranes are critical to how your body functions. Stressors such as toxins, poor dietary fats, and emotional strain can compromise these vital structures. We’ll identify the stressors affecting your cells and membranes and remove them using targeted therapies.
4
Repairing CELL and CELL MEMBRANE Damage
Once stressors are removed, it’s time to repair the damage done to your cells and cell membranes. This step is focused on restoring cellular integrity and function, improving energy, and enhancing overall cell health. Regular testing ensures the repair process is on track and effective.
5
Balancing the System
Your body’s systems—hormonal, inflammatory, and metabolic—need balance to function at their best. This step focuses on fine-tuning and balancing your system, ensuring that the stress response is managed and your body operates in harmony. By this stage, you should begin feeling a surge in vitality, energy, and overall wellness.
While you progress through our scientifically designed Krier Ladder-Step Health Program, you’ll also be working on improving the Five Lifestyle Pillars that are essential for your long-term well-being.
Cleansing & Detoxification
Your body naturally detoxifies, but when overwhelmed by toxins, it can struggle. We help you understand and implement cleansing practices to reset and rejuvenate your system.
Nutrition
What you eat fuels your body. We provide practical tools to develop healthy eating habits that support your goals and help restore balance to your body.
Fitness
Physical activity is vital for overall health. Our personalized fitness plans ensure you engage in the right exercises for your body’s needs and limitations, progressively building strength and endurance.

I normally don’t discuss with my family doctor. The blood tests are designed to test many facets of the body and how well it is working, balanced., Healthy, And further indicates areas that are in need of supplements for supportive functions.Posted on Rose Kleinsorge27. Some was covered by insurance. Dr Krier is very knowledgeable. No question is a dumb question. Like anything else, you have to put in the work to feel better. Just going to the dr and getting tests done doesn’t magically make everything better. I’ve committed to the work. If you get stuck or something isn’t working, you can call or email to get your question answered and therefore your progress moves forward. Vis Clinic has the tools. As the patient, you must make the commitment to sticking with the plan and ask questions to see if the plan might need adjusted.Posted on Whit G18. Vis Clinics approach to identifying and supporting each patient is unique and wholly individual. I went as a recommendation from family to get some lab work done to identify some health concerns that I had been avoiding due to not really trusting or caring to go to the hospital. Dr. Chad Krier and the Staff at Vis Clinic were extremely kind and I never felt uncomfortable or that I was in a hospital setting at all. After the tests, I was given some nutritional information on how I could adjust my lifestyle to promote long-lasting health results (not gonna get that from a hospital), and how to sustain them in the future. In a World of confusing and conflicting healthcare, Vis Clinic excels at providing practical, sustainable changes for each patient they serve! Job Well Done!
